Been to this place for lunch on average once every 3 weeks and they are always consistent with their quality with the food. I love the Hot & Spicy Noodles they make and they are always generous with the meat portions as well. This place is always busy so get in just before 12 to beat the lunch time crowd to get your food quicker.

Absolutely delicious! Had the vegetarian Lard Na at YumYai and was thoroughly impressed. The gravy was rich and flavourful with a silky texture, perfectly coating the generous mix of crisp vegetables like broccoli and carrots. The egg ribbons added that comforting, homestyle touch. Everything was cooked just right — nothing overdone or soggy. It's hearty, wholesome, and full of umami without being too salty. Will definitely be back for more!

I dined at Yum Yai for the first time after their renovations, and I must say they've addressed all the issues mentioned in past reviews. The entrance now has a door that shuts, keeping the interior warm. We ordered the Pad See Eiw and Spicy Basil Stir-Fry Chicken from the lunch special. The portion sizes were generous, and the food was very delicious. I also took Hokkien noodles as a takeaway for dinner. I recommend going early for lunch, as it gets crowded pretty quickly. I will definitely be returning to try more of their menu items.

Food is lovely and always freshly cooked. Dishes are a bit on the sweeter side for me though. Staffs are friendly and always serving with a smile. Lovely friendly service

Authentic thai food, fair prices and quick service! The only downsides are the new tables and chairs. The base of the new tables stops customers from pulling their chair to eat. As a result, we have to lean forwards quite a bit to eat comfortably. There's also a very cold breeze during Winter as the door doesn't close and there's no heater most of the time.
